To celebrate an excellent September, Linum Consult donned our fancy frocks to dine at the incredible 63 Degrees – a French cuisine restaurant located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
While the weather tried in vain to dampen our spirits, we sampled our way through a 5 course meal and a variety of cocktails. Each selection on the taster menu was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with the group consensus declaring the guinea fowl to be the best of the courses:
With three fluent French speakers in the company, it certainly seemed appropriate to spend our first club lunch dining in a French establishment. The courtesy and attention the staff afforded us was made all the more pleasant for being able to converse with them in their native tongue!
Needless to say, we all enjoyed ourselves immensely; especially during the dessert where we were served an impressive chocolate sphere that was melted down with a rich hot chocolate sauce:
May there be many more club lunches to come!
