Neill Donald BSc.Eng(Hons)
Co-founder & Operations Director
Neill is a bilingual (English/French) Technical Consultant with first hand Project Management (Build) experience gained in the leisure industry in France. Neill oversaw the land acquisition, including & obtaining the “Permis de Constuire” from the local French authorities; procured services of local architects to prepare working drawings to outline designs / specifications; managed the building contractors including stage payments, progress chasing & specification adherence.
Since 2006, Neill has been involved in international recruitment and has travelled extensively to mega project sites across Europe and the Middle East; providing technical assistance to international blue-chip clients where needed. Neill’s philosophy for a successful recruitment campaign is simple: “treat people how you would like to be treated and you will not go far wrong”.
Outside of work, Neill enjoys most sports (especially rugby), dog walking, studying wine from the Rhone Valley, and spending time with family.
Francis Ryan BA(Hons) Dunelm
Co-founder & Director
Francis’s knowledge of the Middle East is extensive. He’s lived in Oman, Kuwait and the UAE, as well as Brunei and South East Asia, and has a solid understanding of Arab and Asian culture and codes of conduct in business. Francis prides himself on providing clients with a full 360° consultative recruitment service, listening to their needs and establishing key aspects to the position. He is able to identify the best talent in the global marketplace through his extensive network of referred and ‘not actively looking’ professionals and, having been an expat, he’s very well placed to help candidates make their transition abroad.
Peter Coleman LLB, FCinstCES
Legal & Commercial Director
Peter has over 39 years’ experience in the construction and civil engineering industry within multi-cultural societies and has specialised in contract and project services management at a senior level across a wide range of industries both onshore and offshore, including power, renewable-energy, petrochemical, oil and gas, process, pipelines and nuclear, within client, contractor, PMC, EPIC and EPCM arrangements. Peter has worked in a senior capacity for leading international companies on major construction projects in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa and Asia, undertaking commercial, hands-on, advisory and strategic functions, incorporating risk limitation considerations for both client and contractors.
Frédérick is a talented technical recruiter with more than 7 years’ international experience in the recruitment industry, working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Divisional Manager.
In 2013, Frédérick was head-hunted by Linum Consult to create and develop the francophone market. Frédérick is a preferred supplier to major international blue chip companies across Africa, due to his dedicated consultative, account management approach.
Since being at Linum Consult, Frédérick has helped several Director-level candidates secure new roles across France and Africa.
As a French national, Frédérick is fluent in both French and English.
Outside of work, Frédérick is dedicated to his twin daughters and loves cooking and baking. Frédérick is also a bit of a rugby fan, supporting Sale in the UK and Clermont Auvergne in France.
Cost Controller – Office Manager
Angelique has been involved in various company start ups for most of her professional career in both France & England and finds that the Finance & Administration process in the UK has less “Red-Tape” than in France, therefore making the process easier to manage.
In terms of recruitment, Angelique has experienced all aspects of everyday agency maintenance; from Credit Control to Payroll to Sales Consultancy & also acted as a Company Director with NAKK Recruitment.
With a diligent and experienced approach to cost management combined with extensive international recruitment experience, Angelique has all the required skills to assist Linum Consult to achieve its aims and goals.
Outside of work, Angelique is a dedicated mum, a fan of French cooking (obviously), all things wine (as long as it’s red), and loves walking her Cocker Spaniel; the new addition to her family…
Fiona first joined the recruitment industry back in 2010, resourcing candidates for Construction and Engineering positions in the Middle East and Asia Pacific. After excelling in this initial role and working with the same team over a 3 year period, she was then head-hunted to join Linum Consult to manage and develop their marketing strategy as they entered a new period of rapid growth.
Fiona is multi-skilled, extremely dedicated and a natural with technology; and is therefore called upon to assist with any IT issues, having established herself as the resident geek…
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys cross stitching various computer game characters whilst watching a plethora of international films.
